After filling out the contact form on homeadvisor I received a call from them within 5 minutes. Sarah who was the woman I spoke with was super friendly and pleasant! Advised of price before service and had the workers here within the hour to pump our septic tank (in the middle of a snow squall warning!). The men were quick, efficient and friendly! I was referred to JS Septic after discovering our leech field had failed a dye test (tested by a different company). My husband and I were in the process of selling our house and the issue needed to be resolved quickly. After being told we would need a $20,000 system to replace the leech field, we turned to JS Septic for a second opinion. Sarah was super helpful with everything! She returned phone calls in a timely manner, kept me updated and answered any questions that I had along the way. John and his crew came out and were super friendly and knowledgeable about the work that was being done. After the proper testing was done, it was determined the system we needed would cost less than $8,000. So glad we decided to get that second opinion! They has been servicing our septic for years, and have always done a fantastic job. Last night we had an urgent need to have our septic tank pumped. Each person we interacted with at JS Septic was great. The receptionist was kind and prompt. John and Jake came out at 6pm, less than 2 hours after our phone call. They were friendly and polite. They did the dirty job with good humor and at a reasonable price. He (owner) arrived 10 minutes early. He removed both riser covers by himself, pumped the 1250 gallon tank, replaced the covers properly (8 screws in each cover), and answered three or four questions that I had, and left (took about 1.5hours). He disturbed none of the nearby plants or bushes. He left no tracks in the side lawn, where he backed in his tanker. The leach field was near where he had to back in, I had the field outlined with metal 4ft posts and red marking tape between posts. Leon

They responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes or less. Everyone in the operation from office manager to the gentlemen who came to the job were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They came right when they said they would, ensured my satisfaction, and the cost was reasonable and as estimated. They were very good about calling. It was not an emergency so did not need to come right away but they were here the next day. Friendly people, found another potential problem but left it alone. Things were working and who knows how long it had been like that so why fix something that works. That was good in my books. I would call them again if I have problems in the future.
